Sometimes I wonder if other music genres are as complicated as metal, I mean as an ontology of how subgrenres are called, formed, categorized.
For example I started looking at Wikipedia's "List of symphonic metal bands" and while I know Wikipedia isn't the greatest resource for this, at least it has a lot of bands.
Anyway, the point is that every time I do this, I just end up with a list of 20 bands and 100 albums I might like because they're being described as similar to what I have an example and I end up not listening to 20 bands and 100 albums.
Recommendation is hard and no, I'm not going to use Spotify.

Heya everyone! I am starting a new job in Munich on the first of March. For this, I am looking for a room to stay in for a few weeks, probably up to three months, while I look for an apartment.
I am already in contact with a few private landlords, but if someone has a spare room to offer, I would love to take that instead.
